Pretty Penne Rosa

This is my spin of Noddles & Co. Penne Rosa minus the kick.

2 Chicken Breasts
- Saute Chicken in olive oil, 1 tea garlic, lemon pepper and garlic salt

2 C Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
- Boil Pasta until tender, drain and set aside

1/2 C Mushrooms - thinly sliced
2+ C Marinara Sauce
1/4 C Water
1 tea Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Simmer in pot, combine noodles and chicken

1 C Fresh Spinach - whole leaf or sliced
1/4+ C Fresh Grated Parmesan

Stir and serve warm immediately
