Whole Wheat Pancakes

These are so simple and so tasty! My kids devour them. Whole wheat, no fat, no sugar, no salt, pure and simply yummy!

1 C Wheat (whole hard wheat)
1 C Milk
2 eggs
1/2 applesauce
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C buttermilk (1/2 C milk 1 tsp vinegar)

Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high and for 2 minutes. IF you do not have a "great" blender you will have to grind your wheat before putting the ingredients in blender. The batter will be thin but they puff up wonderfully. With these little yumminessess I never feel guilty smothering them with my Buttercream Syrup.

I make Whole Wheat Pancakes fairly often...but your recipe is different than mine so I'm excited to try something different. My kids will NOT NOT NOT eat the ones I make...(too grainy they say) so I will be THRILLED if they'll eat this recipe!
You crack me up with the buttercream syrup though! hee heee hee
Speaking of eating healthy---have you thought anymore about starting P90X? I don't want to bug you...but I remembered you said you have a trip or reunion or something coming up that you wanted to get all fit and HOT's the time to get started my friend! :o)
